Service and fees

We have a very simple charging structure:

To use our 100% whole of market mortgage search tool we charge nothing
Once you have found a mortgage you like, we work with you to;
- Advise on the broader mortgage market and all your options
- Ensure you have the very best mortgage for your circumstances
- Make sure you will qualify for it (if you apply direct and are unsuccessful, you could damage your credit profile)
- For this invaluable advice, we charge just £24.99
If you progress a mortgage application with us, we charge £449 on completion which can normally be added to your mortgage
If your chosen mortgage is a ‘direct’ deal (for some mortgages lenders only allow you to deal 'direct' and not through a broker ), there is no completion fee

Our initial advice is free. For arranging your mortgage our typical fee is 0.5% of the loan amount subject to a miminum fee of £449 which is payable on completion. We may also be paid a commission by the lender. We charge no fee for insurance advice. If you arrange insurance through us the insurer will pay us a commission.
